In both years, TTI’s overall scores have significantly exceeded the market average across the three main categories: Core, Self, and Group. Notably, in 2024, TTI achieved higher scores compared to 2023, with Core scoring 4.17 versus 4.12, Self scoring 4.28 versus 3.88, and Group scoring 4.43 versus 3.98. These results reflect high levels of employee satisfaction with the company’s policies and benefits, fostering a strong sense of belonging. Additionally, TTI's deep understanding of its workforce is evident through initiatives such as "Tea Talk" and suggestion boxes, with most Gen Z employees regularly expressing their satisfaction.
